Subscription box services Terms & Conditions
Subscription Lengths
Wicca box Subscriptions, "Get Your Witchy On" Subscription boxes & Apothecary Apprentice subscription packages consist of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months & 12 months. You may pay for these subscriptions by the month where your date of the first payment is when your payment will be withdrawn each month of the subscription or if you prepay for an entire subscription term at once you'll receive 10% off your total price.
Luna-Magick box subscriptions, crystal package subscriptions & Apothecary monthly packages have subscription terms of 1 month, 4 months, 8 months & 12 months. Again, you may pay for these subscriptions by the month where your date of the first payment is when your payment will be withdrawn each month of the subscription or if you prepay for an entire subscription term at once you'll receive 10% off your total price.
There is a sales tax charged for anyone who orders from Kansas.
Cancellation Policy
You may only cancel your current Subscription 2 weeks before your first box ships or after the first subscription duration is over. So, for example, if you signed up for a 3 month subscription, if something comes up and you need to cancel, you have up until 2 weeks BEFORE the packages are shipped out to cancel; otherwise, you'll have to wait until your current subscription is finished to cancel your subscription. This is because many of the products I include in your packages are handmade & to make sure everyone's items are ready in time, I must begin several weeks before shipment is begun. If you meet this time deadline, you may cancel through Paypal or you may contact me to process your cancellation. I would like to know why you need to cancel because I have learned that in many cases, a resolution can be found between myself and my client so that they may continue their subscription. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds aren't given after a package has been shipped. As many of the items are handmade & each month's boxes are time sensitive due to them being for a specific occasion each month, by the time I'd receive the package back I wouldn't be able to sell it again. I also offer no refund if a package is late in delivery as that is out of my hands.
Shipping
I state clearly under each subscription package when the packages go out on a monthly basis so be sure to check that information carefully. I provide every subscriber/buyer with a USPS tracking number & unless stated otherwise, shipping is FREE in the continental US. Those who order outside the continental US must contact me first so that I may give you a shipping price estimate & receive your consent for such charges. I am not responsible for customs fees & other fees that your country may charge you upon receiving your package. I ship in a timely manner but there are times when packages are delayed after they leave my hands & I recommend contacting the postal service with any questions you may have in regards to delivery.
Once the packages are delivered to the postal service, I have no control of how long they'll take to arrive & I make no guarantees on an exact delivery date. For overseas orders, packages can take 10-15 business days to arrive but sometimes will take longer. If a package's tracking information shows it was delivered, I have to go with that information & a replacement product will NOT be shipped and NO refund will be given. This is to protect myself, my business and my customers because sadly, there are people out there who will try to commit fraud. What I recommend for any overseas customers is to include shipping insurance in your subscription or order price in the case of a lost package.
Quantity Limits
I try to make sure I have more than enough items for all of my subscribers but once in a while, I may be low on a particular item listed. In the event that this happens, I will replace an item that's no longer available, with a suitable replacement. When you subscribe to any of my monthly subscription services, you acknowledge & accept that this could occur.
